• For COD orders, processing time remains same upon order confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
• During high-volume sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number and tracking link. You can follow the delivery progress directly through the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues
• Customs inspections (for international orders)
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Packages sent to the wrong address provided at checkout
• Failed delivery attempts due to absence or address issues
• Lost packages caused by incorrect information

If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, you may be required to pay for re-shipment.

Cancellation Policy

• If your order has not been shipped yet, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

2. How to Cancel an Order

• The email address & contact number used for the order
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

We cannot cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• The item has already been shipped
• The product is custom-made or personalized
• The item was purchased as part of a final sale or promotional offer marked "non-refundable" or "no cancellations"

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Right to Cancel by Us

• Incorrect pricing or listing errors
• Product unavailability or stock issues

In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
